Program Staffing
Peak Performance!™ supplements its full-time staff with trained facilitators on a temporary basis. If you bring important skills, fresh perspective, and professional competence, we are glad to welcome you to a great group of friends and associates. The absolutely best thing about associating with Peak Performance!™ is the people with whom you will work. As Kurt Hahn said, “We may not be required to teach, but we are compelled to create experiences." Staff must have documented evidence of facilitator training and experience, CPR and First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and proof of eligibility to work. Interested people should download, complete, and submit an application and three reference forms with a cover letter explaining their philosophy of facilitation.

Internships
Peak Performance!™ offers internships year-round to qualified applicants. If you are interested in continuing your education experience by developing professionally for entry into this field, we are glad to welcome your interest. These experiences require hard work, above average ambition and motivation, and the ability to work with indirect supervision (after appropriate training). Interns choose one of the following areas in which to spend most of their time: program development and implementation, administration, conference hospitality, marketing and public relations, or site and facility management. We determine if there is a good match between your educational objectives and our opportunities and resources based on a number of criteria. For consideration, applicants must:

Submit an application and three reference forms (found below).
Submit a resume accompanied by a letter of application stating general educational goals for the internship.
Complete an interview, either in person or by telephone, which will include goals of the experience, your expectations and requirements, and any relationship of the experience to an academic program.
Communicate to us any and all expectations your academic institution has of Peak.
